Strobing in turn signals and running lights

Replaced the quad headlights with TYC projector headlights, used headlight revolution conversion harness to connect. With engine off all lights,4 way work fine. When I start the engine, headlights work but the turn signals start strobing when activated. No errors on dash .

It sounds like the replacement lights are simply not compatible with the wiring in the truck. Not an uncommon thing with aftermarket items. The issue is likely due to the different type of lamp with the replacements having a different current draw or internally wired wrong for your truck and once powered on they cause a problem.
