What is the torque spec for rack and pinion? Also the pinch bolt that connects to the steering shaft?

Hi,
I attached the directions for the removal and installation of the rack and pinion gear. The torque specs are included.
Note: The last two pics provide the pinch bolt torque for both ends of the steering shaft. For some reason, they weren't included in replacing the rack.
When looking at the pics below, note that I highlighted the torque specs you requested.
