Strange humming from pulley area

A couple of months ago I noticed a strange humming sound coming from what sounded like one of my pulleys. I’ve replaced the power steering pump, as it went out a little while ago, and replaced the tensioner pulley but the issue still persists. I’m not really sure how else to describe the sound other than a constant harmonic hum that persists at idle but disappears once rpms raise, then continues once rpms lower again at idle.

If possible, please upload a video, so we can hear the noise.

Typically humming noises are due to worn bearings inside a pulley.
It can be helpful to use an automotive stethoscope (see picture below) to find the noise.
You can put it on the hub of the pulley as it spins and most of the time it is easy to detect which pulley is making the noise.
