storage for years

I have a 2004 Nissan Armada that has been sitting in storage untouched for 3 years. How expensive can I expect it to be to restore the engine to A1A standards? Excluding purchasing tires and cosmetics, should I expect any other problems besides the engine? i.e chassis, brakes, drivetrain,etc...
