Sudden turn signal, windshield wipers, horn, hazard lights stopped working. Common fuse/relay #41 involved with all components. Looked in all four fuse areas and did not locate #41. Please help.

Looking at the wiring diagram the highest fuse number I see is 40 and that is a primary maxi-fuse that powers multiple circuits. It appears the only common component to all of those systems is the SAM module. That is the signal activation module. Not a cheap part to replace.
I would look over the wiring to each system for a shorted wire. The SAM will shut off systems if it detects a short. You may want to take this to a dealer as they can plug in the factory scan tool to query the system.
