Steering wheel makes a humming sound when turning

More than likely this is the pump. However, getting a recording of the noise will help identify this noise. Let me know if you can get a recording and we can go from there. Thanks

Have you also checked your power steering reservoir for low fluid? Low fluid will make it hum. If low you need to check the pump and hoses for leaks.
