I have a Honda jazz /fit in Mumbai city ,India. The problem i am facing is that the car suspension is very stiff (it bangs hard over potholes). Although the old struts are good i have replaced them with new struts and springs with honda genuine parts. Also note the roads are not the best on this side of country but surprisingly why does a brand new car does bang such hard? Can i get a solution? By the way i run a auto repair workshop myself so i will understand if you talk technical terms. I am facing the same issues with all the cars or various brands which have done 15000 miles plus..all have them have the same story. I have consulted few authorised workshop technicians but they have no solution as such. Which is very surprising. I wish to get a solution from your side and it would help me satisfy my customers.
