How to change transmission fluid and screen

On this particular vehicle a 4.7 liter, the Toyota manufacturer made it hard for the vehicle owner to do a routine pre transmission maintenance. Which is fluid and screen change . Can you post the necessary steps on screen and fluid change? thank you.
