Step by step process for changing transmission fluid needed?

I don't know what steps to take to change the transmission fluid. I know some vehicles you have to leave it in neutral and flat level ground to check the fluid. Is my car like that or how do I check the transmission fluid. Thank you

NOTE: Use only Genuine NISSAN CVT fluid NS-2. Using transmission fluid other than Genuine NISSAN CVT fluid NS-2 will damage the CVT transmission, which is not covered by the NISSAN new vehicle limited warranty.
