steering wheel not going up and down but it does go back and fourth. heated seats work and heated wheel works. Can someone help me?

Hello,
9 times out of 10 it will be the switch or one of the motors when out. To be sure here is a guide to check for power at the fuses, switch, motor and the tilt system wring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the fuse (HUD 10 amp) and the circuit breaker under the rear seat. locations as well:
