I have a 2006 Nissan Murano that needed a front wheel bearing replaced. I replaced the wheels bearing with no issues. Upon a test ride after about 20 seconds of driving not right away the front end was vibrating as well as the steering wheels. It never happened before. Even as I slowed to 5 mph I could still feel a pulsating in the steering wheel. Any help would be appretiated.

Check your wheel that it is mounted correctly and the lugs are tight. Jack the wheel and run it in the air to see if it is turning straight.

Everything seems like it's running straight. The vibration almost feels like it happens after each wheel revolution.

Something went seriously wrong and you need to find it before driving it too much. You should probably have someone else look at it and put the wheel on a balancer to see if it has any issues while examining the suspension also.

Actually I can't even drive it because it shakes so much. I didn't think the new bearing would do this. I put everything back tight and with no issues to. Is there a right side up or down for a complete sealed wheel bearing?

You really need someone else to look at this. You are missing something important.
