Steering wheel vibrating at low speeds

Just had my rear brakes replaced as well as brake lines, a month goes by, and my steering wheel began to shake uncontrollably at very low speeds. I mean drifting speeds it shakes, but as you speed up the shake becomes less noticeable.

I'm not sure what the issue is as I'm not a car person, just wanting some good honest advice from anyone who may know of this type of issue.
