Steering wheel shaking over bumps

Hi, I have vehicle listed above Sri. When ever I go over and bumpy roads the steering wheel shakes very badly from side to side. I have noticed that the whole exhaust also swing side to side over any bumps. Does anyone know if this can cause to steering wheel to shake side to side? One mechanic has said that this would not cause it. Also the car has a boar exhaust .
