I have no cruise control on this car at the moment and even there is no option on the steering control for cruise.

I want to know if i replace steering wheel with the one with cruise control on it and replace the wiring harness inside the steering wheel will it work? are these cars already equipped with cruise option and can replacing a steering wheel make it work?

Unfortunately it is not that simple. There is equipment under the hood that you would need and probably a different body control module too. The amount of time and money required to do all of that simply would not be worth it. You could easily be talking about a couple thousand dollars.

The existing steering wheel already consist of audio, phone and trip option. you still think the module will not be having cruise? i have seen some video's on YouTube where they have similar steering wheels without cruise and they just added the cruise controller on the steering wheel and changed the wiring harness. please find my steering wheel picture in attachment.

Honestly I cannot know for sure without actually seeing the car. But what I do know is that a car without cruise usually will not have the setup under the hood either, as the manufacturers do not want to waste the money on parts that will not be used. The various under hood parts for the cruise system on this car cost about $400.00 in total. Here is a link to them: https://www.wholesalehyundaiparts.com/p/gb/Hyundai__Sonata/ACTUATOR-ASSEMBLY---CRUISE-CONTROL/8629967/9644038100.html?partner=googlebase_adwords&kwd=&origin=pla&gclid=Cj0KCQiAp8fSBRCUARIsABPL6JaAgRDwBNb6TBx_JCmyFyfNHj8B9OoOtCQYttRyJnxC_wO4g_3lie8aAi1dEALw_wcB

If you can look under your hood and see those parts, then go for it.
