When you say you lose control, what does it actually do? Does it shake back and forth quickly? If so, here is a guide that will help with this:

Maybe go to a safe spot like a parking lot and get a video of what this is doing. It sounds like a loose steering component but seeing what it is doing will really help us figure this out. Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Lose control, it doesn't shake back and forth. it's like, I cannot control the wheels, it swings to different directions. that only happens when i do a sharp turn coming out from a street and on a roundabout.

So it sounds like it is a steering gear issue. However, when this starts to happen does it happen if you hold the steering wheel and turn out of the turn slowing? Or do you have to being going a certain speed and let the wheel go to return to center coming out of a turn?

We don't have a manual on this vehicle but it appears you have a similar vehicle to the one I attached below. So if you can get a video of this happening we will have a better idea but I would think this is a steering gear issue or a component that is attached to the gear like a tie rod is loose. Either way, we need to inspect these steering components and make sure they are all tight.

Thank you for your reply. When it happens, i just apply brakes and slow the car and then it suddenly comes back to control again. it's like i just cannot control the two front tires. it could be the tie rods, because they are worn out.

If they are worn out then I would bet that is exactly the issue. Basically what is happening is when you are turning the wheel and it is coming back to center, the tires are actually swiveling back and forth in opposite directions and this causes the steering to go crazy.

Let's get those replaced and go from there. It is also important to get them replaced because they can damage other parts as well so we need to get that handled then get an alignment as well.
