Steering wheel height adjustment not working

I have the car listed above Athlete, with an electronic knob for adjusting the steering wheel. The up and down movement is however not working and I was wondering if there is a manual way to adjust the steering wheel?

There is no way to move the tilt without the electronics working. Here is the wiring diagrams so you can check the five fuses that work the system with a guide to help test for power at the fuses:
