Steering wheel buttons controls what and how do they work

The CD player won't play cd s and just ejects the cd back out of the player I cannot get it to play but the radio and speakers work how do I get it to play the cd s can u explain to me how to fix it can it be fixed without a repair shop can I fix it myself do I have to pull it apart or can it be fixed without a repair manual and why won't you answer my questions is it because I haven't given a donation

No one can figure out what you're asking. You're texting like a child playing with their toy. No punctuation, so your one huge sentence be read a number of different ways. If you don't have the time to type a coherent sentence, we don't have the time to try to interpret what you're trying to say. ("u" is spelled "you"). I answer well over 200 questions per month, and on average one or two of those people were considerate enough of my time to make a donation. The rest got my same thoughtful replies and were appreciative of the effort I put into them.

What I can tell you is Ford stopped allowing us to buy radio service manuals after the '97 model year because they wanted to lock up all the repair business for themselves. Their concern is for their profits, not getting your radio fixed at a reasonable cost.
