The mute, mode, volume + or - , change presets and voice listening do not work correctly unless you're turning the steering wheel. Once you're going straight they all change to a different function. I've hit the reset on the front and that didn't work, it didn't actually delete the settings and start anew, I've removed the negative battery cable for 10 minutes and still nothing. I've also removed and replace the fuse in the fuse box next to the steering wheel. There are no codes at all.
