How do I remove the airbag, steering wheel, and wheel controls safely to install another steering wheel?

The new wheel is customized but requires the airbag and steering controls from the OEM one to be installed on the new one.
The first pic is the OEM wheel and the second is the new wheel.

Hello,

Before getting started there are a few items to keep in mind. First, you want to disconnect the battery. When the air bag is out, always keep the inflator away from you or any other person.
