About 2 months ago or so my steering wheel started to shake

About 2 months ago or so my steering wheel started to shake. I ask several mechanics who i knew were honest. Everyone said it was either or both. The rotors were wrapped or the caliber piston's were froze up. Pistons were froze. Me and a friend. Replaced the front rotors and calipers and pads. As far as i know we replace ever thing properly. A couple of weeks later i started to hit pot hoes and speed bumps . The steering wheel is back to shaking. Any ideal what the problem might be? Thank you for your help.

Just to clarify, your caliper piston were stuck/froze up?
Keep in mind that many times you will have a stuck caliper due to faulty brake lines that goes to the caliper.
What happens is overtime the brake hose can actually collapse on the inside and this will prevent the brake fluid to go back to the reservoir. Since the fluid cant move it will keep the piston to the extended position pushing against the pads and stuck. This will press the pads to the rotor and will damage the rotor and wear it prematurely. It will wrap the rotor as well. Typically this will generate good amount of heat.

After me and my friend did the brake job and after the steering wheel started to shake again. i went back to one of the mechanics and told him what happened. He basically said what you said. The brake hose[s] may or may not be clogged up. Do you know of a way. How i can tell if that is the case or not?

Try bleeding the brake on that side. And a known good side, and compare the bleed rate. If the side with the issue does not bleed or has a low bleed rate from the 'good' side then you have a collapsed hose.
