Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. What has happened here is that your brake rotors got overheated and then warped, causing that shake when stopping. This is not a huge safety issue, but does increase stopping distance some, and, more importantly, is super annoying. There are two ways to fix the problem. One would be to replace the rotors. The other would be to simply get them resurfaced, or turned as some people say. Most machine shops do it for cheap. So do some O'Reilly auto parts stores.

Either way, you have to take them off and put them or the new ones back on. Alldata does not have any specific how-to information on replacing your brake rotors. Here's our general how-to guide: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-front-brake-pads-and-rotors-fwd

Let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck!
