When steering all is well turning left and right, but once turned all the way, either direction, a clicking sound begins to happen. While the tire is spinning and turned all the way right or left, it clicks and chatters sounds like rubber against plastic like something isn't in the right spot to not get hit when tire turns that way.

Noises can be difficult to track down especially when it only happens when driving. I would recommend turning the wheel fully left and turning the engine off and looking around the front wheel area looking for parts that might be rubbing or very close to touching the tire. Turn the steering wheel fully to the right and inspect the front tire area again.
There must be something close enough to touch the tire to produce a rubber and plastic sound.

Inspected around these areas and see if you can find anything close to touching the tire. If possible, you could remove some parts to see if the noise goes away. Check the fender liner, steering, suspension parts for marks from something rubbing on it. If you lift the vehicle off the ground this will move the suspension and steering parts touching so I wouldn't recommend lifting the vehicle to check these parts.

Let us know what you find.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. We need to hear the noise, so we know which direction to go to help you fix the car. It takes time to upload so please be patient.
