Steering/Hub Assembly

I got a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. It is hard to keep on the road and pulls left and hard to turn left and when I do turn left it wants to keep left. Is it the hub bearing assembly going bad if so do I need to replace both or just the one? How hard is it to replace?

You definitely have front end issues, I would check also your tires. Jack up your front end and check to see where you have slack at first.
