Steering and brake failure

For a long time my car has been drifting pretty hard, but yesterday it all went south. After pulling out from a tight parking spot, it is almost like my rear tires have their brakes locked down or something. And my steering wheel has to be all over the place to drive straight (I had it at a 90 degree angle at one point trying to pull forward into the spot waiting for a wrecker). It squeals when driving like i am some kind of street racer, vibrates, etc.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
