Steady traction control, airbag, and ABS light; hard starting, no single turn signal, no wiper but hazard work?

Yep, this happens when the TIPM module goes out but to be sure we should do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Okay. But something I forgot to include when relating to the car's problem is, when testing the fuses at the trunk, I noticed that not all the fuses were available, some were empty. Thus, I decided to swap fuse 4 that was available to 5 that was empty. As I did, I noticed an immediate electric spark just by the fuse touching the empty terminal meant for fuse 5.
I tried that again with a known good fuse into that location and noticed another spark/ spike. Please could that be a contributing factor to the car turn signal problem and wipers problem?

When I finally succeeded to start the car, as a result of checking the turn signal switch and wiper at under the dashboard using my test light connected to batt + and activating the hazard light, when I touched a particular wire the car problems recurred again. Security light, lightning bolt light, etc came back on and car didn't idle and sometimes refuses to start. Fortunately, I was able to start the car again.
Please, what does that fuse control, why is it sparking whenever I attempt to put a fuse in that location? I compare that fuse location where there was spark to another good working 2005 Chrysler 300 and saw that there was a fuse in that location. Could that also be responsible for the cars turn signal and wipers problem? How do I address this sparking problem in that fuse location?

Please, how should I proceed with the cars problem? How do I stop that high electrical spark/ spike in fuse 5 at the trunk?

From the video I saw that the test light lit when it was connected to batt + and the other side to fuse 30.

The test light will light up when on the positive side of the battery anytime there is a ground or the accessory it is trying to power up. like a fuel pump.

Please, what about the sparking in the trunk at the empty fuse 5 location? How should I stop it?

I would look for the wiring that is touching ground and replace the fuses.
