starts putting on highway

The car will start putting on highway at 70-75 mphs after about 5-10 miles. It starts to sound like im about to run out of gas then it over heats. It also starts to diesels when I accelerate after coming from a complete stop

the dieseling is from the motor being hot.

it sounds like the radiator is clogged. you most likely have damaged the motor from overheating
