Engine starts will not rev and then shuts off

Ran code test codes 33 and 44 replaced MAP and oxygen sensor. next code was 82 and 43, replaced replaced knock sensor and ignition. Control, ext.coil fires full time with ignition on. so I take it's okay. I have replaced about all but pickup coil. Reinstalled old MAP and code 82 keeps coming up.
