i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel pump regulator and removed the fuel line before it goes in fuel filter. gas squirts very little. could it be the crank shaft sensor?

on the 2002 Subaru Outback 3.0 the crank senor is it located on top of the bell housing because it`s not under alternator?
