Everytime I go to start it I have to jump it?

Everytime I go to start it I have to jump it. I hear clicking and all of the accessory's light up just fine. It has been sitting in a shop since I got it which was about a little less than a year ago.

Yep, this sounds like a classic battery issue. I would remove it to have it tested at the auto parts store and then install a new one if it fails. here is how. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car.
