When I go to start my car, I now have to give it gas. And it uses a lot of gas as I am driving. What could be the problem?

Hello,
This sounds like a vacuum leak, or the fuel pressure is low. We should run the codes though to see what's going on as well.
Here are three guides to help us get started:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing
and
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-cranks-excessively-before-starting
and
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-engine-vacuum-gauge
Please run down these guides and report back.
Cheers, Ken
