Will not crank with key

Jumping starter with wire will crank. Key won’t crank. Replaced starter and have same problem. I cannot locate a relay or fuse as not on panel and don’t have owners manual. Diagrams I’ve found online don’t seem to be correct..

Hi Dramp,

I attached the location of the starter relay. It is in the battery junction box under the hood.
