starter makes a bad noise sound like the starter Bendix not engaging into the fly wheel

Typically the starter drive is not locking up intermittently, but it is also possible to have some worn teeth on the ring gear. The starter must be removed to inspect the teeth on the ring gear, but even then it can be hard to tell because only the front part of a few teeth are worn away. Engines often coast to a stop in the same orientation causing the starter drive to initially engage with the same teeth on the ring gear over and over.

what i need to do to remove the starter and how long it take to remove the starter?

My memory is not good enough to answer that. Your best bet is to get a copy of the manufacturer's service manual. Normally I do not like to recommend Haynes or Chiltons manuals, but for this job they would be okay. You can usually find a good selection of them at your public library.

i didn't see much wrong with the teeth but the stsrter drive wasn't locking up it was bad so i replace the starter and it working good.
