Where is the starter located?

Hi,

The starter motor is located under the air intake duct and air box. They need to be removed to access it.

I attached the very basic directions from the manual. See pics below

I circled the starter motor in pic 3. Note: If I recall correctly, you will need to remove the upper starter bolt from the top and the bottom bolt from under the vehicle. The starter should be very close to the oil filter.

Before starting the process, make sure the battery negative terminal is disconnected.
