I replaced the starter motor once but didn't get the wires to the solenoid tight and when it cranked there was a spark, but the car started. The next day I tried to tighten the wires and was told the starter got burnt up. Replaced it again and now it won't crank at all, even if I try to jump it off.

There are a couple things, but this sounds like a fuse issue.

So, let's check the wiring diagram below and you will see fuse 13 and the mega fuse of fuse 2 need to be checked.

If the fuses are okay, then the starter relay needs to be checked using this guide and then we can jump the relay and find out if the starter turns.

If it does, then the relay or PCM is the issue.

Let's start with this info before we condemn the PCM. Let me know what you find, and we can go from there.
