Starter fuse blows

It sounds like the starter relay could be causing the problem, I found this wiring diagram for you.

Ken bad news I test drove the car yesterday and once I shut it off it wouldn't start. Replaced the fuse and when I tried to start it it blew the fuse I let it sit overnight popped a new fuse and it fired right up took it for a spin and shut it down again and fuse blown I replaced fuse and it blew the fuse as soon as I hit the start, so either the starter is getting hot or a relay is sticking when it heats up and blowing fuse

Hey, sorry to hear that electrical problem at are intermittent can be tough, I noticed the neutral safety switch is run by that fuse to and the ECM I'm wondering if one of those is shorting or if one of the wires is shorting to ground which is causing the engine to stall. Replace the fuse and with the engine running wiggle the wiring harness in the engine compartment and down by the transmission and the computer to see if you can get it to stall again. This might point us in the right direction, please let me know.

No the engine does not stall, in fact a runs like champ. However once I drive the car and shut it off, then try to start it again it blows the fuse. Yesterday I put a new fuse in and started the car let it run for 20 min in fact I took it down the drive way and backed into my driveway I shut it off and it started up fine. I let the car run out it in drove idling in drove with my foot on the brake and shut it down and it started up fine. It seems to happen if I actually drove the for a mile or so and once the fuse blows I cannot start the it will continue to blow fuses until it cools down which is approx 3-4 hrs.

I apologize for the typo's So I left it in the driveway and let it idle for 14-20 minutes I also sat in the vehicle and placed it in drive with foot on the brake I sat there idling in drive for another 10-15 minutes, shut it off and it started right back up. So all appears good until I drive it around the block approx. 1-2 miles then if I shut it off it will not start again any attempts at changing out the fuse and trying to start it will result in fuse bowing. It take 3-4 hrs before the cars appears cool and then I pop in a fuse and it fires right up.

Ok, that only leaves the black and white wire that can be shorting. While it is running can you pull on the wiring harness to see if the fuse blows? Also after the engine is running pull the plug on the neutral safety switch and drive it to see if the fuse blows. It'e either the wire, which you need to run a new one, the neutral safety switch or the ECM itself.
