The problem that I'm having is an electrical or starter problem.
For starters, I just drove the truck from Oklahoma City to Seattle, with on problems. For the last 3 weeks, it has had a starting problem. I had the battery checked, it's all good. But, I found a wire that was almost broken. I replace the wire, and secured the battery the best I could and continued to drive.
Yesterday it wouldn't start again, after being driven for about 10 miles. The wire that was almost broke was one of the 2 that bolt to the battery clamp. I remove the fuse box to check the rest of the connection, everything looked good. Put it all back to gather and it started right up. This morning, nothing.no clicking or whining, just dead. When I turn the key on, all the lights a bells go off, so I know it not the battery.
Is there a fuse or a relay for the starter that can go out, or am I looking at a new starter?
These are the wires I replaced.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's clutch interlock relay located in the Fuse/Relay Box 2. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram of your vehicle's starting circuit and a diagram and callout of the fuse and relay box 2 with the relay highlighted for you. Here is a link telling you how to test the relay below:

Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Well since the truck is outside with no dry place to put it waited until the rain stopped to check this out.
I tried to start it, with the key on all the lights and bells come on, but when I tried to start the whole the went dead, no lights or bells or anything. After about 20 minutes the same thing, lights and bells, then dead.
Everything I read says there is a fuse box in the passenger compartment, but I cant find it and I have the owners manual. Is it under the hood? Like the 2 relay boxes or what.

No, I cant find a relay with that label. The truck is automatic 4 wheel drive.these are pictures of the only 2 fuse/relay boxes that I can find.
Right now I dont get anything when I turn the key, need to get the battery checked again.

Hello again,

Okay, here is a diagram [below] where the Relay Box 2 [Fuse and Fusible Link Box] is located in your vehicle again. I have also included another diagram with callouts for you in the diagrams down below as well. The Relay Box 2 is going to be on the passenger side of your vehicle's engine compartment. Please check the Clutch Interlock Relay for us and get back to us with what you find out. Also, here is a link below explaining how to test a relay:
