Stalling problem when turning on the windshield wipers?

Okay, my first suspect is a weak ground. The wiper motor and the fuel pump relay ground at the same location. If there is corrosion or a poor connection, this can happen simply because the ground can't handle the added load.

I attached two pics below so you can see why I'm suggesting this. Additionally, the ground wire is located under the coolant reservoir. It will be a black wire and should be attached to the body of the vehicle.
