Lately when i start my car, sometimes it'll make a static squeak like noise, also when shifting in neutral the static noise stops but the squeaky noise continues and gets a little louder , but once i start driving the car the noises stops completely, i don't know what it can be , another thing is when i also shift to "D" drive its make a rubber grinding type noise when shifting to drive , like a quick noise , i tried seeing if it does the same noise on other shifts and it doesn't its when i shift to drive , what's going on?

You're going to have to find a mechanic who can actually hear the noise. The most likely suspects include the engine mounts. A deteriorated rubber isolator can let the two metal parts of the mount hit and rub on each other. That can cause noises and it can transmit normal noises into the car where you can hear them.

A squealing serpentine belt can make noises too as well as its idler pulley bearings. Noisy bearings can often be found with a stethoscope. If any pulley is turned or tipped, the belt will squeal as it goes around it. A new belt won't solve that for very long.
