Spindle nut torque specs

The front axle had to separate spindle nuts within each wheel hub. I’m trying to locate the torque specifications for the outer and inner spindle nut that way I may finish my project.

I attached the process but the spec for the wheel bearing nut/spindle nut, is 90 in lbs while rotating the rotor. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. Let us know if you need more info. Thanks
