Speedometer sticks and is not working?

Speedometer is off shows 120 when going at lower speeds.

Do you have a check engine light on? Also, how does it shift when driving okay? If the answer is no then yes the cluster is bad and you need a rebuilt unit. Please let me know the answers the the questions so I can help you further. Ken
