I am sorry, we do not sell parts. We diagnose problems and suggest repairs.
What is faulty on the speedometer? Not reading, reading low/high?
Are there any other issues with shifting or transmission related that would suggest that you may have a bad speed sensor on the transmission that is not sending the correct signal to the speedometer?

And also it takes time to start. In order to start it I must put ignition on and wait for a while and restart it.

Okay, we can deal with the speedometer first, the starting issue could be related as Ford likes to route multiple systems through the dash unit. From the starting description it sounds a lot like a security system fault. However, to get back on track, what does the speedometer not do? When you put the key in and turn it, what does the security light do?

Okay, that sounds like a security system fault. Hmm code 33, looks like it is saying that the immobilizer system is faulty. As that item is part of the speedometer in many Ford vehicles replacing the gauge cluster and having the new one programmed to match your vehicle should repair the problem. However, the programming needs to be done by a dealer because they need to be able to get the information for the exact vehicle using the VIN number and a dealer ID.
