Intermittent speedometer and tachometer not working properly

My speedometer is intermittent, and my tachometer only moves sometimes, and it jumps all over the place.

I am probably going to try replacing the vehicle speed sensor and see if that helps the speedometer. Any suggestions for the tachometer? Where is the sensor that gives the RPM's?

I agree that this is most likely the vehicle speed sensor. I attached the testing and information for it. I would suggest to move forward with testing and replacement and see what happens but I suspect that may fix both issues.
