my speedometer and fuel consumption gage does not work is it control by a fuse or what?

Not by a dedicated fuse. They are controlled by sensors and control units.
Get a scan to check for trouble codes. A faulty speed sensor would cause the problem and both are related. without the speedometer working, the fuel consumption gauge would not work as it can't do the calculations.
