My car has been setting for a year, but recently got in it and now my radio speakers won't work. Radio display works fine, but no sound. How can I fix this?

Hello,

I would double check the connectors on the back of the stereo. Which stereo does your vehicle have, the base radio, premium radio, or SYNC radio? I can send you instructions on how to check these connections when we get the right radio. We just want to send the right information to you, that's why we ask.

Thanks,
Alex

Yes, thanks for responding, but it's the sync radio.

Hello again,

In the diagrams down below I have included the wiring diagram for your vehicle's radio. Please ensure that the highlighted wires on the wiring diagram are connected in the connector and that the connector is good and tight. You also want to check that the antenna wire is connected good and tight as well. Please get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex

No still isn't working. Is there a fuse that I'm not aware of that could be blown?

Hello again,

In the diagrams down below I have included a diagram of the Smart Junction Box which is under the left side of the dash. The fuses that control your stereo are fuse #28,38,13,39. Check these fuses and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,

Hello, so I was attempting to install a aftermarket sub and amp and I accidentally cut into the violet/red wire, which shows as the Aux Audio Enable, when I did it sparked. And ever since I’ve had no audio whatsoever, and it’s telling me my 911 assist has a fault. I’ve checked all fuses I’m aware of, under hood, passenger area, and trunk fuses. I don't know what to do, I need my music, I’m in my car way too much not to have any. Please help
