Spark plugs change failure

I recently changed all 8 spark plugs on my vehicle. Now the car will start, then immediately dies out. What did I do wrong? I did not have a gap tool so I just eyeballed the new one with the old one and they looked identical to me.

Update: I'm dumb and forgot to plug in some hoses to the air intake. It's running now
