My issue is I have a spark plug that just keeps spinning and won't come out it doesn't tighten or loosen.

Hi,
Are they all doing the same thing? It sounds like the threads are stripped, but for that to happen to all of them would be somewhat unusual. Was it running and driving this way?
Are you certain you have the correct size spark plug socket?
