I have got a 4.6 l two valve 2009 Gap settings are all over the place online and the sticker's original stickers missing I don't know what it says the gap setting is I know the old pokémon pulling out here about all of them are still on 0.60 now I was told that they were supposed to be 0.43 The truck's running like s*** it's got a bad mess and I mean it was doing fine before so I mean I'm not sure exactly where I need to go do I need to put these gaps at .60 Because I'm getting tired of taking these plugs in and out.

The service info we have shows .052 - .056 inch for the 4.6 VIN 8 (2 valve) and .039 -.043 for the VIN W (3 valve). That is probably why there are multiple values, there are two versions of the same displacement engine.
A miss that started after a plug change would have me inspecting to coils for bad connections and any interior carbon tracking and checking the plugs themselves for any damage or worse for being fake parts. That happens far more often than it should.
I would also put a scan tool on it and see which cylinder(s) are showing misfires as that can help narrow the problem down faster. If you have a PC based laptop a great Ford product scan tool is FORScan, get the correct dongle and that program and you have a tool that is actually more powerful than Fords own scan tool!
