fuse is good but its not getting any spark?

Most of the time when the engine is not getting spark the crankshaft angle sensor has stopped working. Do you have a scanner that can watch engine revolution when cranking? if not I would try to swap out the sensor to see what happens. Here is the location so you can check the electrical connector for corrosion. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

My apology Ken L, I was in the process of moving I didn't have a clue how to get back to this site. Thank you for the info. I ended up buying new sensors but still had the same problem. I messed around with it one day and was doing ground checks with my test light and placed the test light on fuse 15 which is the ignition coil and injector, and it has a ground showing up on both test points. Then when I test the black plug in at the ECM pin 11 have a 12.53 voltage going to it and also shows a ground whenever I place the test light on it. I'm in need of a pin out diagram for the ECM so I can have a better understanding on what supposed to get power, what gets ground and where everything runs to.

No worries, I am wondering what you mean by "shows ground"? Here is a guide for the usage of a test light:

Thanks Ken L for the tester question. I just reverse the process when you are checking for a ground by putting the lead on a negative to search for positive. I’ve unplugged every sensor disconnected everything one by one testing for that same ground at fuse 15 and will still have it present the only way I can get it to go away, the harness that connects with the engine harness that has the coil packs, injectors, throttle body, oil sensor, map sensor, TCM it’s 2 ground wires that runs from that harness that attaches to the motor if I unbolt it the ground goes away then I get a spark turning the key over but it won’t send a ground sometimes blowing that fuse.

It sounds like there might be wiring problem, here is the circuit for the fuse #15 so you can see what to check. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
