Spark plug boot broke half way in the heat shield

Hello,

Is there any way to get a pair of long nose needle nose pliers on them to pull it out?

Can you get around the top of the spark plug where the metal clip that connects to the top of the spark plug and pull from there? That's metal and maybe the rest of the boot will come with it. Otherwise you might have to just pick apart piece by piece until you can get a socket around the spark plug. I wish there was some magical answer to give you but sometimes we just got to get dirty to get the job done.
