No sound coming from radio

Unfortunately this could be many things but I would suggest taking it to a dealer because it appears to have a software update that may correct it. If this doesn't correct it then it could be the radio, the amp, the audio command control unit or even wiring.

This is why I would suggest starting with the software update and go from there because this may not be the easiest thing to diagnose. Also, we need to check and see what codes are there because that could point us to the proper component.
